Replacements, Returns & Refunds

We accept replacements within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. However, customized products are not eligible for return or replacement unless they are delivered with defects. Refunds are offered only in the case of cancellations before dispatch or for valid defective product cases.
